  • Where are you based?

    We are based in Italy but we ship in EU and UK. Shipping is calculated when you check out and we use a Standard courier service, we can track your parcel to ensure it arrives safely. All Custom and Duty charges are the Buyers responsibility.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once shipped we will send you a tracking number by email. If you are having any trouble with it please send us an email at bonjourthechicaunt@gmail.com

  • Do I need to pay for Delivery Duties and Tax?

    If you are located outside EU, you may need to pay local customs and taxes for your purchase. You are liable for any and all charges.

  • Can I have my order shipped to my PO box?

    Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes.

  • Are my details secure and is it safe to use my credit cards?

    We never store your credit card information and processes all payments using our specialised payment providers using the latest encryption technology to keep your personal details and payment information safe.

  • I'm worried about buying a second hand item, how do I know about the condition?

    Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase. All items are FINAL SALE. Every item thoughtfully selected. Measurements, quality, material and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure is being represented fully.
    Vintage items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear, please appreciate these items, this is part of their character and value.
    Each piece passes a meticulous cleaning process and restoration where needed to ensure it arrives in its best condition. Ready to be loved again.
