- Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days, if you are on a rush please send us an email and we’ll do our best to speed up the process.

The estimated shipping time indicates when the item will depart from our warehouse.

Please provide your mobile number at checkout for the shipping.

We'll send a shipment notification email when the item is shipped. This email includes the carrier name and tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website. If you may have any question about your shipping please send an email at bonjourthechicaunt@gmail.com providing the order number.

The delivery time can take 2 to 7 days depending on your location.

Please note that depending on your destination country, you may have to pay customs duties which are not included in the total price of your order. These customs duties must be paid directly to the carrier or to the authorities in your country.

- Missed deliveries

If you are not there when the carrier tries to deliver your order, it will leave you a delivery notice. You can then contact him directly to set a new delivery date at your convenience during normal office hours or to suggest another delivery address.

If the delivery date in your shipping notification email has passed, please contact us at bonjourthechicaunt@gmail.com providing the order number and the tracking code. We will inquire with the carrier and do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again. 


- Refounds and Returns

Each iem available for sale on TheChic Aunt is personally sourced, and we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if your item isn’t quite what you hoped for, we’re happy to offer a refund (excluding original shipping charges and customs duties or other import taxes may apply f the return is shipped from a different economic zone), provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery (inclusive of weekends) by emailing bonjourthechicaunt@gmail.com with your order number.

  • The item is in the same condition as when it was dispatched.

  • You ship the item back within 3 days of delivery using a tracked and insured service.

  • The item is received by us safely and without damage.

Please ensure you retain your proof of postage, including tracking and insurance, as you are responsible for the safe return of the item.

If you prefer we can provide a retourn shipping label but the costs will be detracted from your refound (The cost of the return label will be communicated before proceeding). Once the return label has been provided, the package must be shipped within 3 calendar days. After this period, the return may be refused.

Important: If the item arrives damaged or not as expected, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue. This enables us to assess the condition and assist you appropriately. We are unable to process refunds or returns for damage claims submitted after this window or without supporting evidence.


Items discounted 20% or more can't be refounded.


We're not responsible for damage caused by improper care after purchase.

Please be aware that if you have paid customs duties to receive your package and are seeking a refund for those charges, this must be handled directly with the carrier or your local tax authority. Neither The Chic Aunt is able to refund customs fees.

- When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs, customs duties or other import taxes.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Taxes, duties and tariffs

For delivery to countries outside of Europe, your order may be subjected to import taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient, unfortunately we have
no control over how these local fees are calculated or assigned.

- Damaged Order

We always package our items to ensure safe delivery, using both recycled and new materials, however sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we would.
If this occurs, please take photos of the item ordered and the packaging how it was delivered to us at bonjourthechicaunt@gmail.com and we can look into it further.
